Samantha's Restaurant Lunch & Dinner Menu

At Samantha's Restaurant in Bartlesville, OK, we believe in providing an exceptional dining experience and quality food for all of our customers. Every dish we offer is made from scratch, with the freshest ingredients. Our menu has been developed to include something for everyone: from appetizers to tacos, burgers, salads, sandwiches, wraps, seafood, and pastas. We have a selection to please all types of palates, including special dietary needs for gluten free and vegetarians.

Something Chef Rod will bring to the table in 2020 will be obtaining seasonal fish for feature dishes. The restaurant will change our menu in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter to follow the growing seasons so we can serve you the freshest ingredients. Chef will create weekly lunch and dinner specials to keep things hopping. So please join/like our Facebook page where you can follow our specials, announcements and events.

Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos – 11  heart

Fresh jalapenos stuffed with Italian sausage, cream cheese, and wrapped in bacon. Smoked, grilled, and served with Chipotle ranch and Sriracha.

Artichoke Spinach Dip – 10

Creamy blend of artichoke, spinach, cream cheese, and topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Served piping hot with toasted crostini’s.

Sweet n’ Hot Chicken Sandwich - 10

Surprise your taste buds! Grilled or crispy chicken breast with our unique house made apricot and habanero cream cheese spread on a toasted brioche bun, with lettuce, tomato, and red onions. Amazing!

Samantha’s Chicken Salad – 10

A customer favorite! Tender pieces of chicken breast mixed with fresh red grapes, dried cranberries, diced celery, and honey. Served on a toasted croissant with fresh organic spring mix.

Barbecue Pulled Pork Sliders – 9

Slow cooked for tenderness and tossed in barbecue sauce. Served over a bed of our homemade apple slaw on two toasted slider buns.

Fresh Ahi Tuna Melt – 11

Fresh Sushi grade Ahi Tuna, cooked medium rare. Served on toasted sourdough with Pepper Jack Cheese and fresh organic spinach. Drizzled with our own cilantro cream sauce.

Pesto Dipper – 9

Provolone and Pepper Jack Cheese melted with pesto on toasted sourdough. Served with its own side of our homemade tomato basil soup.

Chopped jumbo shrimps with charred vegetable salsa on a bed of fresh organic greens, with flour or corn tortillas. Topped with our own poblano cream. Served with a lime wedge.

Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos – 11  hot

Warning: SPICY! Tender pieces of chicken breast sautéed in our cilantro marinade sauce and topped with cilantro lime cream on a bed of chopped romaine. Winner!
